Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Buildingsruled Pest Control works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Connect, Providers Do the Work

Buildingsruled Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Money Reaches Us

Providers or marketing partners may pay Buildingsruled Pest Control for the calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Buildingsruled Pest Control. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The products and methods it uses
• How well and how quickly it does the work
• Its licenses, permits and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it does not promise anything about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded for quality, verification and billing.
